Silver Linings: Songs from the Silver Screen
A musical revue celebrating the medium of cinema through the medium of theatre, Silver Linings drew on a wide variety of music from both movies and movie musicals, and aimed to provide an opportunity for people to come together to celebrate performing arts and community at a time when many people were longing to connect.
Silver Linings presented timeless classics such as 'Don’t Rain on My Parade' from Funny Girl, 'As Long As He Needs Me' from Oliver, and 'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas' from Meet Me in St Louis, as well as contemporary numbers from modern favourites including The Greatest Showman, Mean Girls and Frozen 2. There was something for everyone to love in this celebration of cinema through the ages.

With a portion of ticket sales donated to charity, Footlights was able to raise $2000 for Mary Potter Hospice.
