Footloose is SOLD OUT! We're seven weeks away from opening night and are thrilled and grateful to be performing for full houses for every show of the season. The response has been truly unprecedented and we can't wait to cut loose with you in October!

​Teenager Ren McCormack moves from Chicago to the small town of Bomont, where dancing and rock music have been banned following a tragic accident. Struggling to fit in, Ren challenges the strict rules imposed by the town and its influential minister, Reverend Shaw Moore. Along the way, he forms friendships, falls for the Reverend's rebellious daughter Ariel, and inspires the town to heal, reconnect, and rediscover joy through music and dance.

 

Based on the iconic 1984 film starring Kevin Bacon, Footloose features the smash hit songs ‘Holding Out for a Hero’, ‘Let's Hear It for the Boy’, ‘Footloose’ and more. With a large ensemble cast of fresh new Footlights faces and a live band, Footloose is ready to burst onto the Gryphon Theatre stage this October!
